I am graduating in May and plan on moving back to San Francisco. I need websites of apartment finders that are cheap...like under $1000. I have looked at craiglists and have only gotten scams. College housing and apartments are fine. Any websites would be greatly appreciated!

Legal advice for renters in Chicago?
I recently went through Chicago Apartment Finders to find an apartment. I put down the 1st months rent when I filled out the application. I was told before I signed that the apartment would be cleaned and fixed up before I moved in.When I spoke to a man working for the realty company that I'm renting the apartment from, he was very condescending, and unprofessional and claimed that the apartment was already cleaned three weeks ago and I had viewed exactly a week ago and it was not clean. I want out because I do not trust this company and do not feel comfortable with them. I was told that the realty company can keep the money I put down for the 1st month's rent because I was holding it. The apartment just went on the market last week. How can I get my money back? Also if I'm not able to get my money back is there a way that I can create a contract that the realty company has to sign that complies with my needs?

my computer is giving me fits?
my comp is acting up. when i tried to go to the system restore it says my system restore has been turned off by group policy. i do not know what that means or how to fix it. also when i try to go to certain pages it redirects me to strange pages like apartment finders and stuff. if someone could tell e how i might fix it i would appreciate it. thank you

Should I pay for window blinds for my tenants?
I recently bought a new construction condo as an investment and found tenants to rent the apartment out to. The tenants moved into my apartment a week ago and just sent me an email explaining that they wanted to install window blinds. In the email, they also asked me if I wanted to pay for some of the cost or if it should be their responsibility. I, myself, am not completely sure if I should pay the full cost myself, if we should split the cost, or if my tenants should pay the full cost. On one hand, the rent that we agreed to was based on the apartment not having blinds (and the expenses I estimated ahead of time which helped me figure out what rent to advertise, didn't include any payments for blinds). On the other hand, my tenants didn't even get to look at the apartment themselves as they moved from a different city and had an apartment finder company look at the place for them....plus, they will only get use out of the blinds for a year or two, whereas the blinds will add to the value of my apartment as well as to the appeal of my apartment to future prospective tenants. So do you think I should pay for the blinds in full, split the cost with my tenants, or have the tenants pay for the blinds in full? And why? Thanks! Just another detail to point out - the windows are quite large and the blinds that the tenants would get would need to be professionally installed and wouldn't fit at the tenants' place they move to after my apartment....not to mention, in the email, the tenants specifically referred to how the "blinds will always remain with the apartment" (he mentioned this because I think he wanted to see if I had any input on what brand/design of blinds to get).

Usually hotels have them where I live along with magazines of homes for sale around the area but I have asked hotel staff and no one knows... Does anyone know where I c an find them in orlando or kissimmee?
